Fyrn Landscapes
About Fyrn Landscapes
Fyrn Landscapes is led by a professional landscape designer and horticulturist with experience across public gardens, private estates, and San Francisco backyards. Our work is grounded in ecological design, seasonal awareness, and long-term garden health.

My approach to landscape design is shaped by hands-on experience across very different garden settings. I began my horticultural training at Green Gulch Farm and Zen Center, where caring for gardens emphasized attentiveness, seasonal rhythms, and working with natural systems.
I later worked as a horticulturist at Filoli Historic Garden, where precision, long-term planning, and plant health are essential to maintaining complex, mature landscapes. Alongside this, I’ve designed and cared for gardens ranging from large private estates to small San Francisco backyards.
These experiences inform a thoughtful, practical approach to garden design and care—one that balances beauty, ecology, and how a garden will be maintained over time.
